| I don't think you need to worry too much about what size of hose feeds what. For example, on my car, I have both an analog boost guage as well as my digital read out on the electronic boost controller. The analog guage is hooked up like so...I have used the balance tube over near the drivers side (as I have abandoned lines under the plenum) - so anyhow, it's 1/4" hose over there maybe off the balance tube. Which runs to a reducer like 1/4 to 1/8 and then that runs to another connector which is also a reducer in to the hard plastic line my guage was connected with. The analog guage reads virtually identically to the electronic boost controller. Like we're talking .1 psi difference if you can even tell that there is a difference...you know what I am saying. For all intensive purposes...no difference... If your guage has the hard plastic hose already built-in then just find a way to reduce the source line to the other end of that connector and use the hard plastic hose already in the guage as the end piece...
